ECU thoroughly removes the mechanical-mode vacuum advance and centrifugal advance structures. It takes all factors affecting the ignition advance angle into account, calculates and controls the angle based on the engine’s operating condition, make the engine reach the best on both Power, Economy, acceleration property and emission control. An engine will generally lower its fuel consumption by 10% after equipped with ECU ignition system without other aids, and remarkably improve its emission control targets.

Through the collective efforts of our engineers and technicians, we have developed different types of ECU products, widely used on 2-cyl, 3-cly, 4-cyl, 6-cyl engines, for both direct and indirect ECU ignitions systems. To provide the users with systematic technical support and perfect service, we have designed a special tool for the ECU.

I.Matching and Setting System for ECU
With this tool, engine manufacturers can do the matching and setting work for various kinds ignition systems easily and comfortably, versus the old working style of waving hammers and screws beside the engine.
II.Main Interface of the Matching and Setting System
Automatically and conveniently monitoring the working conditions of the engine, modifying its parameters on line. It can also function as an auxiliary control tool for relays, solenoids, etc., according to users’ requirement.
III.Parameters Offset Interface of the Matching and Setting System
Compensate the advance angle by such factors as acceleration, deceleration, water temperature, air temperature, height above sea level and battery voltage of the primary closing period.

Make you do the matching and setting work even on the vehicle.
V.3-D Diagram interface of the Matching and Setting System
Reads the 3-D ignition data from ECU, on-line modifies, and writes to ECU on-line.
